I created this PR to address this rule:

Description

This PR updates the version of the stylua-action in the ci.yml file. The current version is v3, and this PR updates it to v4 to ensure that the code is using the latest version of the action. The Stylua step in the workflow has been modified to use the updated version.

Summary of Changes

  • Updated the uses field in the Stylua step of the workflow to use the latest version of the stylua-action.
  • Changed the value of the uses field to JohnnyMorganz/stylua-action@v4.
